Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking lessons with ENA Driving School. By booking a lesson, you agree to the following terms.
Cancellation Policy
Lesson booking & cancellation terms
24 Hours Notice Required — If you wish to cancel a lesson, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice to your instructor.
Late Cancellation Charges — Anything less than 24 hours and the driving school has the authority to charge you the full lesson price, or the prorated amount if it's a block booking (which may include the discount).
Provisional Licence Required — It is the learner's responsibility to present a valid UK provisional driving licence before attending their first lesson. Failure to do so entitles the instructor to withdraw any lessons booked within 24 hours, and you may be charged.
Emergencies & Breakdowns — ENA Driving School will not be responsible for any lesson or test cancellations due to mechanical breakdown or other emergencies such as illness or bereavement. We will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle or instructor as early as possible, but cannot guarantee availability.
Driving Test Terms
Test day rules & instructor responsibilities
Instructor Car Withdrawal — Your ENA instructor is entitled to withdraw their car for use during your test if they feel you are not ready. They will always give a minimum of 5 working days' notice, provided you haven't come to the instructor at short notice.
Mock Test & Readiness — You are allowed to take your driving test even if you are unable to pass a mock test, provided the ENA instructor is confident you still have a reasonable chance of passing.
Instructor Illness / Emergency — In the very occasional event that an instructor is ill or has an emergency at short notice, we will endeavour to find you another instructor — but cannot guarantee availability at such short notice.
Vehicle Roadworthiness — In the event the instructor's car is not roadworthy for your driving test, your instructor and ENA Driving School will do their utmost to find you a like-for-like vehicle. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
DVSA Examiner Declines Car — If the DVSA examiner declines to go out on test in the instructor's car because it is not roadworthy (e.g. nail in tyre, brake light failure), the driving instructor will pay for a replacement test.
Learner Damage During Test — In the event that you (the learner) damage the car during the driving test, where the total repair cost is less than the instructor's insurance excess, you will be required to pay for the damages.
Please note: Your instructor may charge additional fees on your driving test day. Full information and explanation will be provided at the time.
Limitation of Liability
Legal disclaimers & liability limits
